RadLight Filter Manager v1.4

Since the radlight.org domain expired the old tools became homeless. So I have established a subsection on my blog to keep everything on one place.
FilterManager is quite well-known tool and has been upgraded several times since I’ve released the first version. It can help you get rid of many problems caused by installed codecpack conflicts. I have also seen quite many people use the look and feel inside many other applications, but I believe there are still people willing to use the original version.
This version is not the latest one. I will update it as soon as I get my hands on a newer version. It has been developed by Griga - a DVB Viewer community member. Many thanks to him for that.
Source code was written in Borland Delphi 7 and does not use any additional 3rd party components.
