MONOGRAM AAC Decoder 0.9.1.0 beta

Hello,

finally I’ve found a few hours to update the AAC decoder. The thanks go to the MediaPortal community for inspiring me on this update. The decoder is now much smarter when connecting to various parsers and will also accept connections with no format data.

The AAC decoder SVN repository is now accessible within the WebSVN interface.

I’ve used static MFC linking so you should be able to use this filter even without the VC2005 SP1 redistributable pack.
