AMR Plugin for Adobe Audition

Hello people,

I have received some requests for writing a plugin for Adobe Audition. So here it is. It can do both - decode and encode AMR files. Installation is simple - just copy the mmamr.flt file into the Adobe Audition directory and you should be good to go.

The source code is a part of the amr_pack repository.

    Glad to hear that. I’ve received the MP3-filter mail. I’m not sure how much time I’ll have. It might be possible for me to take a look at it. But right now I can’t promise anything.

    Quite hard to tell. I’m not sure if plugins for 3.0 and 1.0 are compatible. Perhaps you might consider upgrading to newer version… it’s 2008.

    Audition 1 is dead & Adobe doesn’t support it.
    Buy the latest version.
    Igore, why don’t you use VoiceAge Open AMR?

    Please listen carefully, Igor:
    Adobe complaints about MONOGRAM Multimedia AMR filter.
    They think that’s illegal.
    You have to license AMR to distribute under MONOGRAM brand.
    So, you have only 1 choice:
    First, remove the MONOGRAM name of this filter.
    Then, the only SDk you can use is: Voice Age Open AMR SDK.
