MONOGRAM GraphStudio 0.2.7.0

July 24th, 2008 Posted in Free Software

Hello people,

there is a new build of GraphStudio available with the following changes :

  • added support for Enhanced Video Renderer
  • added support for DMO objects (but it’s not possible to duplicate “CTRL-D” a DMO filter once created) (many thanks to Griga from DVBViewer community)

Download here : graphstudio.exe (992 KB)

Enjoy,

Igor

    Hi!

Lovely piece of software you made, I’m having a lot of fun with it trying to figure out good chains of codecs for the weird movies my borther keeps downloading :)

One feature I’d like to see (fully understand the never enough time and too many features to do already, but just in case :D) is listing filters based on the output format on a pin, so a mpeg2 pin has a context menu item or so to show only filters that can handle that as input. This would make it very easy to find which filters you actually have that can play a stream :)

Ofcourse something like that might already be in there and be overlooked by me ^_^

Much thanks anyways, ‘keep up the good work’ to go with the cliche’s :)

Yes, I also wanted to implement this feature.
One would rightclick an output pin and the popup menu might list filters that could directly be connected just with one click.
Might appear in the next release.

It’s written in the (Tools -> MONOGRAM GraphStudio) page. You can use tortoise SVN. The repository is located at : svn://dev.monogram.sk/public/graphstudio/trunk

    Hi Igor,

At compile i get errors like this
    Fehler 2 error C2061: Syntaxfehler: Bezeichner ‘__RPC__in’ c:\programme\microsoft sdks\windows\v6.0\include\structuredquery.h 362

    and also errors like

    Fehler 46 error C2061: Syntaxfehler: Bezeichner ‘__RPC__in’ c:\programme\microsoft sdks\windows\v6.0\include\propsys.h 251

    What is wrong please ?

Hmm… quite hard to tell. Perhaps you don’t have proper directories set in the visual studio UI so the compiler can’t find the correct headers.

Could problem be related to WMSDK ?
    I found this:
    http://blogs.msdn.com/larryosterman/archive/2007/05/30/compatibility-works-both-ways.aspx

    it shows exactly same error

are you compiling on vista or XP ?
Which SDK you are using for WMedia Windows SDK Platform SDK ?

    Now it compiles.
I had to install new version of windows SDK
and also changed include and lib search path order.

It works great. Many thanks for this helpful peace of code, very interesting for a deeper view into DS.
