MONOGRAM MP3 Encoder 0.9.0.0

Hello,

I know there already is an existing DirectShow wrapper for the great LAME library but I really wanted to write this one to have a nice addition to my filter collection :) and I also wanted to get to know the LAME interface so here it is - yet another LAME MP3 encoder filter. Release under the GNU LGPL license as well as the LAME library itself.

Features:

  • CBR and VBR encoding mode
  • Customizable bitrate
  • Property page with statistics

    the first direct show Fraunhofer IIS MP3 Surround decoder.
